CEO & FOUNDER

With a passion for writing, art, and style, Kelsey built a social presence while living in Johannesburg. After moving back to New York City during the pandemic, she took her social media skills to start The JoClin Agency (JCA), offering social media management, strategy, consulting, and content creation. She simultaneously built a reputation as a writer and travel journalist, sharing her experiences in publications like Forbes, Travel Noire, and Travel + Leisure. Kelsey has a keen eye for detail, a distinctive point of view, and a passion for helping brands elevate their social media presence and copy.

Kelsey believes that “alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”

When she’s not working with JCA, you can find Kelsey at a coffee shop in Atlanta, an art gallery, or on an airplane heading to her next destination.

HEAD OF CREATIVE CULTURE & CLIENT MANAGEMENT

Dani is a creative that refuses to be placed in any one box. Her multi-hyphenate and multi-disciplinary approach develops marketing campaigns that compel audiences to take action.

After completing her Master of Public Administration (MPA) from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, Dani worked for nine years in nonprofit management.

With a track record of managing diverse clients, including Fortune 500 companies like Mastercard, Verizon, and LVMH, Dani has demonstrated her ability to help businesses achieve their goals.

As an ex-social media influencer, she knows how to grow online communities. Her organic growth on Instagram to 20K followers paved the way for influential partnerships with CultureCon, Owl’s Brew, Mantra Band, and Healthline Media.

At The JoClin Agency, Dani specializes in designing the creative process and maintaining clear communication and collaboration across all teams. Her ethos? “Clear minds design clear social media feeds.”

HEAD OF OPERATIONS & MEDIA

Ashanti Spells is a junior film and media arts major with a concentration in producing at Temple University. She is also minoring in Political Science with a passion and a great eye for content creation, film, producing, and acting. This has led her to have worked on Vice President Kamala Harris’ electoral campaign, produce short films, and feature films.

Currently, Ashanti is employed at the National Institute of Health, a producer and cast member on a television series set to be released in the winter of 2022, and does some freelance work on a myriad of side projects.

Based out of Philadelphia, North Carolina, and New York, Ashanti is an avid traveler with a distinct eye for great food, culture, art, and fashion.

PROJECT MANAGER

Born and raised in North Carolina, Symone is what you would consider that cousin from the south you couldn't wait to spend the summers with.

Symone is a Learning and Development professional by day at Microsoft and a Project Manager at the agency by night.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and spending money on all things she deems necessary.

COPYWRITER

Ola has always been passionate about storytelling and enjoys absorbing stories in every format and genre. Ola grew up in Maryland, where she gained her love of both reading and writing, before moving to Pittsburgh for school to study writing further. She has worked to grow as a writer over the years, and she continues to take every opportunity to improve her craft.

Ola has been with The JoClin Agency since 2021, where she has had the opportunity to write copy for many of the brands the women-led agency works with.

Ola is a creative person at heart, which manifests in her love of fashion, film, art, theater, and many other forms of creative expression. When she can, Ola also likes getting outdoors to bike or hike a trail or take a walk through the nearest park while listening to music.
